Back To School
As the summer season comes to an end, the children will be returning back to school soon.
This is a great time to make intentional time for rest and rejuvenatio.
I recommend easing into the next phase slowly. The transition can be smooth if you implement mindfulness and give others and yourself some grace.
Peaceful Transitioning = ZEN
There are many ways to get intentional rest.
Meditation, yin yoga, reading poetry , painting and journaling are a few of my favorite peaceful activities.
As you know, I'm a huge advocate for self-care. Try to renew your commitment to enjoy implementing nurturing your mind, body and spirit.
