In Traditional Chinese Medicine/TCM, the Kidneys represents the water element.
FOCUS: Winter is the season for slowing down.
Take note of how Nature unfolds in the winter. Currently the ocean water is colder, animals migrate & hibernate.
The goal is to conserve energy and vital essence, to sweat less, and retreat within during the colder weather. Overexertion is also not recommended, as it can deplete the storage of Qi/energy.
