In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) , the five elements, wood, fire, earth, metal and water teach us how to promote a healthy lifestyle and how to live, eat and be in harmony within ourselves, with others, and in nature.
TCM is an application of balancing, harmonizing and restoring optimal function to the mind, body and spirit. TCM and Nature teach es us that everything and everyone is interconnected, interchangeable and therefore, can both mutually benefit each other for the better, or for the worse. There are so many lessons to be learned from observing nature and it’s interactions, and it’s ebbs & flows throughout each season.
